The Mercy Dad's Club ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS notification program to keep parents and guardians of Mercy High School students informed about school events, activities, and announcements. The Mercy Dad's Club is a parent organization supporting Mercy High School, located at 29300 W. 11 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336. The SMS program is administered by Renaissance Appraisal on behalf of the Dad's Club.

How We Collect Your Number
We collect mobile phone numbers when parents or guardians voluntarily provide them during student enrollment at Mercy High School or by signing up directly with the Dad's Club. By providing your number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

How We Use Your Number
Your mobile number is used solely to send you SMS notifications related to Mercy Dad's Club activities, school events, fundraisers, and general school announcements. We do not use your number for marketing unrelated to the Dad's Club or Mercy High School.

No Sharing of Mobile Numbers
We will not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number will not be shared with any outside organizations except as required by law.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 2–8 messages per month depending on school activity and event schedules. During busy periods such as the start of school or major events, frequency may be higher.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are based on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through receipt of our messages.

How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly.
